Buckely School
Buckley School, an all-boys K-9 school located in Upper East Side of New York City partners with Boys Prep Bronx Elementary School, an all-boys K-5 charter school in the Bronx. Every month first graders from Boys Prep and ninth graders from Buckley visit with each other and spend the day together at alternating locations. During the day the boys spend time reading together, play small group games in the gym and participate in art and music. In preparation, the Buckley students meet with the Lower School teachers to learn about child development and appropriate ways to work with first graders.
